OpenAI and Foxconn (Hon Hai Technology Group) announced a strategic partnership on Friday, Nov. 21, to design and manufacture next-generation artificial intelligence infrastructure within the United States. The agreement marks a significant shift for OpenAI, moving beyond software development into the physical logistics of the AI stack.
