Replit Raises $250 Million, Launches More Autonomous Agent 3
The AI developer platform's valuation nearly tripled to $3 billion as it released a new coding agent with a 200-minute autonomous runtime.
A New Funding Milestone
AI-powered software development platform Replit announced on September 10, 2025, that it has closed a $250 million Series C funding round, valuing the company at $3 billion. The new valuation represents a nearly threefold increase from the just over $1 billion valuation it received in a 2023 funding round. The financing was led by growth equity firm Prysm Capital.
The funding follows a period of massive growth for the company. Replit reported that its annualized revenue had grown from $2.8 million to $150 million in less than a year, a more than 50-fold increase.
