Salesforce Completes $8 Billion Acquisition of Data Giant Informatica
Deal aims to secure data foundation for autonomous enterprise agents.
Salesforce formally completed its acquisition of Informatica, in a deal valued at over $8 billion. The transaction saw Informatica’s shares delisted from the NYSE as the company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the CRM giant.
The "Data Fuel" Strategy
