US Government Inks $1 Deal for Anthropic's Claude AI Model

The OneGov Agreement
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) on Aug. 12, 2025, announced a "OneGov" agreement with artificial intelligence company Anthropic. The deal provides the company's Claude AI models to the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the federal government for a nominal fee of $1. The agreement makes both Claude for Enterprise and the security-hardened Claude for Government available for a full year.
